PC HEALTH AND DISC CLEANING IN WINDOWS XP

The new users of windows XP and PC seldom know that maintainence of operating system is required.When they start using are carried away by the advertisements for cleaning/defragmenting their operating system and run for downloading softwares from net like me. But most of the maintainence work to be done are in built.As I came across those aspects,present a screen shot of those.Even old restore points can be cleaned when the drives go fattier as software are added(some create restore points automatically).One should go from Start~All programs~Accessories~System tools~disc cleaning/defragmenting Etc and select options.
