I, as a parson of limited knowledge about web site optimization and search engine optimization; wondered how to generate and submit a site-map of my blog to Google. As we know the importance of Google crawler to crawl our sites to get exposed to the world, it becomes essential to generate and submit the site-map to Google. It is not only Google but also Yahoo, Ask and Bing etc. are becoming major players in this field. But, I could not understand for long, how to do it. Of course, even if it is not submitted, in the long run Google and other search engines will know, but that takes a long time. so, I got a very easy way to do this; i.e. through AddMe web site, and wanted to share my experience with people like me.

One has to go to http://www.addme.com and register there. In the SEO tool drop down menu, find Google site-map generator, click and put the required information there and click generate. The XML site map will be generated and sent to the e-mail address. That has to be downloaded to the computer. Once done, the file has to be uploaded to a on-line storage site; I use mediafire.com. It is not difficult. After that the URL of the file has to be copied by the browser, login to AddMe and find site-map submission from the SEO tools from the drop down menu. Now the URL has to be put in the appropriate place along with other required information; and is to be pinged. That will submit the site-map to Google, yahoo. bing and ask simultaneously. Below is a screen shot of the last part. And you are done.

This evening, I installed Scribefire a blog editing and uploading software browser addon to my updated version 3.6.4 of Firefox. At the same time I wanted to install .NetFrame Work 4 to my computer, as the update was caught by Filehippo update checker. The downloaded update from Filehippo did not install. So, I went to window update, which showed the update for my computer but again did not install. Then, I went to the Microsoft download center and found the web installer of .Netframe Work 4. That nicely, but slowly downloaded all the files and installed.
This post tests the Scribefire and informs all those who want to download the .NetFrame Work.

Ideal weight of a parson is calculated basing on the height and weight. Whether a person is either underweight or overweight is calculated from the Body Mass Index (BMI). This is calculated by dividing the boby weight in Kgms by height in squared meters, i.e.Kgrms/square meter. It is inferred as follows;

  • Underweight ≤18·5
  • Normal weight 18·5–25
  • Overweight 25–30
  • Obese class I 30–35
  • Obese class II 35–40
  • Obese class III ≥40

  Other predictors of risks of cardiovascular events are Waist to hip ratio, waist circumference and abdominal or central obesity.

Diabetic and cardiovascular events rise with increasing BMI.

There have been several calls from hospital emergency staff in the recent past to alleviate retention of urine in elderly male and the associated pain. The urethral opening is completely closed by phimosed prepuce, the fore skin of penis. The common cause of retention of urine in elderly male is a prostatic enlargement. And in a situation where there is such type of phimosis remains associated, it gives rise to problem in introducing a silicon pipe through urethra to relieve the acute retention. Such type of peculiar situation probably is best encountered in India; where the people do not give attention to the phimosis they might be carrying from their childhood. Here, there is custom circumcision in Muslims and Hindus only go for it as a part of medical treatment. Perhaps there is no atheistic consideration, and people generally shy away from speaking about it. Even these people had enjoyed a good family life.

In this situation, first the prepuce is to be slit open to see the urethra, and glans is to be inspected for cancerous growths; as phimosis is associated with penile cancer in glans and prepuce. Many times there have been very much narrowing of urethral opening to obstruct the passage of urine. The urethra is to be dilated to allow the entry of a silastic pipe called catheter, and first of all the retention is to be relieved as it is a very painful condition, better known to a person who might had been compelled to postpone passing urine after the urge for it due to some reason. After that, a formal circumcision has to be performed. The stricture of urethral meatus may need a minor surgery to keep it open. All these can be performed under local anesthesia.

Though phimosis is apparently an innocent disease may a cause of grave concern.
